While Augusta National is once again snubbing our boy Kenny Lee Campbell — we assume it’s because they’re intimidated by his rugged charm, unparalleled investigative instincts, or maybe just his tendency to call a spade a murder weapon — the rest of the world is about to meet him in all his shaggy-haired, fairway-chasing, mystery-solving glory.
That’s right — Tee Time Mysteries: Chronicles from the Rough – Hole 1: Hazardous Lies is nearly complete. The writing is done, and we’ve moved into the editing phase, where we make the commas behave and politely tell adverbs to take a hike.
Now, let’s talk turkey: this Kickstarter campaign?
Yeah... we’re not exactly setting records here. We're off to a slow start — like Kenny trying to putt on bentgrass with a hangover — but let us be crystal clear:
This series is happening. Funded or not.
Why? Because the story deserves it. Because Kenny Lee Campbell isn’t just another washed-up golfer with a dream — he’s a Southern-fried Sherlock with a swing like a chainsaw and a sixth sense for shady business on the back nine. And because someone had to investigate what really went down at Devil’s Ditch on Hole 13.
